We at DirectSpace are committed to providing you with a superior and blazing fast network. We understand that every second of downtime is a chance at lost revenue or a bad reputation for you. With that in mind, we’ve implemented a network with speed and reliability as our primary goal. To emphasis this, we’ve introduced an aggressive Service Level Agreement (SLA) to back our words up.
Our Network:
DirectSpace provides our customers with the highest level bandwidth from well known providers. We do not use local or regional ISPs with limited peering reach; rather we use those with a diversified global network. This allows for our traffic to travel with lower latency and faster speeds.
DirectSpace currently has a 6Gbps peak capacity with another 1Gbps to be added by spring of 2011. Our current carrier breakdown is as follows:
Cogent Communications - 1Gbps
Hurricane Electric - 3Gbps
Level3 - 1Gbps
MCI - 1Gbps
In addition we provide local peering via NW Access Exchange (NWAX) - 1Gbps
